5 refreshing drinks to keep cool this summer

  • Watermelon mint refresher. This healthy drink will detox your body while keeping you cool. First, you cut up watermelon and blend it in a blender or food processor. Next, add a small handful of fresh mint leave in and blend. Third, strain the mixture in a kitchen strainer or tea strainer. Lastly, enjoy the sweet summer elixir. optional: Add ice cubes or extra mint leaves.
  • Passionfruit tea lemonade. This beverage is truly amazing and nothing says summer like lemonade! First, steep passion fruit tea. Second, while making the tea, cut up lemons and squeeze all the juice out. Third, mix the lemon juice with water and add sugar to the mixture. pour lemonade into a pitcher and add the tea. Lastly, add ice cubes and lemon slices and feel the summer vibes.

Next, blend up strawberries and fresh basil in a blender. Next, mix the lemonade and strawberry basil mixture together to make this zesty elixir. optional: Add ice cubes and fresh basil leaves.

  • root beer float. This is the BEST drink to sweeten your summer. All you need is root beer and vanilla ice cream! add a couple scoops of  ice cream to your glass of root beer and feel your summer begin again.
